pdf driver or pdf converter in 2013 R2

In Classic we used a pdf driver with print and the send the pdf to the customer.
In 2013 we can use the saveaspdf. It's the only option too if you use a webservice.
But how to add a logo, extra pages, signature, etc.
Do you use converter? .NET? Please add some feedback or a link, thx?
