Upgrade Toolkit for Nav2013R2

Hi all,
Inside Nav2013R2 installation package there is (as usual) folder UpgradeToolKit.
It contains usual contents - and fobs called Upgrade700701.1.fob, Upgrade700701.1.fob - I understand they supposed to be used when upgrading from Nav2013 to R2.
But - unlike usual - there is no Word document there (Quick Guide)....
Does anyone know where to look for it?

Hi radek.bb,
Look at Microsoft Dynamics NAV Help inside Development Environment, chapter "
Upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013".

hi
i run 2013R2 and then i choose a database that was initially build in nav 2013, and to run this data base you don't need any upgradation tool kit to run in 2013 r2, just open this in R2 and message will come to run after upgradation so click yes and it will get upgraded to 2013 r2 automatically and then compile and run, and it is running fine in r2 version.
also you need to make a service instance for the same DB in nav 2013r2 administration and start that instance,
keep backup of your 2013 db before running it to nav 2013r2 because it will convert all the db in new version.0 -

you need to merge the changed objects of NAV2013 and NAV2013R2 for bugfixes and new features.0
