New Option in System Indicator

My plan is to show Responsibility Center code in System Indicator.

what I have done is:
1.Added Responsibility Center option to System Indicator field in Company Information table and modified code to get the same.
2.Setup System Indicator setup in Company Information Page
3.Added an Action in Role Center Page to Change Responsibility Center

The system Indicator is not updating Responsibility Center code as it will be calculated only while opening RTC.

Is there any other way to achieve this?
