New Option in System Indicator

My plan is to show Responsibility Center code in System Indicator.

what I have done is:
1.Added Responsibility Center option to System Indicator field in Company Information table and modified code to get the same.
2.Setup System Indicator setup in Company Information Page
3.Added an Action in Role Center Page to Change Responsibility Center

The system Indicator is not updating Responsibility Center code as it will be calculated only while opening RTC.

Is there any other way to achieve this?

Now I am planning to open the new session using Hyperlink/WindowsShellscript and close the present session.

Is it possible to do it in this way?

Should work, but IMHO you should not be that creative to do things...

I have the same problem... Is there (anohter) workaround ? Is it really not possible to update the system indicator ?
