Service Management - Item Replacement

Anyone using the Service Granule with serialized items? We are replacing a service item with a new one and I am wondering if we can do it thru the service item for the original item. Or, do we have to do a sales return order and a new sales order for the new item?

    You can replace it in the Component List thru the service item, or thru the Service Item Worksheet on Service Order.
