Replicate F2 functionality

Is there any way on a field on a page that the F2 functionality in classic of revalidating a field can be replicated?

In the field, cut (ctrl+x) and paste (ctrl+v) the value, then leave the field0

Thanks. I appreciate i can do this or retype the last character to force the validation i was just hoping for something a bit cleaner as neither way is particularly great in my opinion.0

It's sufficient. I think. Litte disadvantage for the RTC.
