Export File Prompt

Here is a good one for everyone:
One of our users "accidentally" unchecked the prompt box that says "Always ask before opening this type of file" and would like it back.. we've tried to delete their personalization from Nav and it didn't do anything. Even checked the registry to see if I can find anything and no luck... Anyone have any ideas how to re-check the checkbox?
Please see screen shot.

Open personalization.xml file on the client and search the setting or delete the file. You'll have to have rtc closed.

Or you can simply delete personalization settings from RTC
On Role Center page, Click Customize on top right corner and select delete personalization settings
click reset file handling decission0 -

Thanks Ara3n but when I open the XML file it just has a couple of object ID's (which I have no clue which this issue is related to) and a bunch of gibberish ... I'm just afraid to delete his XML file because of all the customization his done.. he would kill me lol.-rico19310 -
