Here is a good one for everyone:
One of our users "accidentally" unchecked the prompt box that says "Always ask before opening this type of file" and would like it back.. we've tried to delete their personalization from Nav and it didn't do anything. Even checked the registry to see if I can find anything and no luck... Anyone have any ideas how to re-check the checkbox?
Please see screen shot.

Thanks Ara3n but when I open the XML file it just has a couple of object ID's (which I have no clue which this issue is related to) and a bunch of gibberish ... I'm just afraid to delete his XML file because of all the customization his done.. he would kill me lol.
Hi Mohana,
I don't have that option to "select delete personalization settings" in the drop down. no clue why.. do I need to be in a certain mood or something?
lol thanks Chinmoy.. I just saw that it's located under the Role Center... I will try this out and let you know how it works out.
