Option type fields caption in sql server

Hi

Does any1 know how to retrieve the option caption in sql server? we all know the option fields are stored as numbers (0, 1, 2...) but how does NAV retrieve the caption (open, close, pending...)? where is it stored?

The values are stored in the C/AL object, it is NOT stored directly in a SQL table. So from SQL you cannot find the value.
