Run page from another program without opening the rolecenter

Hi all,
i want to execute the business logic of a page from another program. The page is 39 General Journal. I am using the command dynamicsnav:////runpage?page=39 but this command also opens the role center. Can i open the form 39, with the business that this form has, without opening the role center?

    Actually i followed the http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee414240 example but i didn't get the expected result. I want to open the form 39, as it shown in Role tailored client. Is there any tutorial or walkthrough in order to do

    Consider to use startupparm -shownavigationpage:0
    example :
    Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe -shownavigationpage:0 DynamicsNAV://///RunPage?Page=21
