Run page from another program without opening the rolecenter

Hi all,
i want to execute the business logic of a page from another program. The page is 39 General Journal. I am using the command dynamicsnav:////runpage?page=39 but this command also opens the role center. Can i open the form 39, with the business that this form has, without opening the role center?
