Hi,
I have critical problem to install Dynamics NAV 5.0 in 64 bits computer (in x86 folder because NAV was build in 32 bits)
When I close company, Dynamics saw me this messages:
"Internal error 1 in module 5"
after..
"Internal error 2 in module 7" (is warning)
after..
"Internal error 1 in module 5" (once or twice)
And finally, the aplication fails with fatal error and Windows force me to close NAV
¿The reason of this problem is install NAV in 64 bits? if so, exists 64-bit version?
(Note: With the same database, this error only appears in 64 bits computer)
(Note 2: I attached screenshots)
Thanks in advance for your help

If you install NAV 5 on Windows 2008 (R2), Windows 7, Vista, you need to install also some hotfix. See http://mibuso.com/blogs/waldo/2011/11/17/platform-updates-overview-370b-nav2009-r2-updated-4/ for some help.Regards,Alain Krikilion

and... how can I know the build version of NAV? :oops:Sergio0

2 ways:
Go to client folder in program files - right click on fin.exe/finsql.exe - go to properties -> version tab
- or -
Click on Help - About in NAV client. The exe version is in the paratheses. Double-Click on that and a new window will give you the build. No support using PM or e-mail - Please use this forum. BC TechDays 2024: 13 & 14 June 2024, Antwerp (Belgium)0 -
