Designing a report, can't reach all sections

I can't really find a better title for this problem.

I'm editing one of our existing report and for this I need to add new sections,
everthing went fine untill I noticed that the vertical scroll didn't adjust.

So I literally can't reach the lowest sections to edit them, in this case I can't get to the Footer(7)

Did you try not using full screen? Also get rid of the windows start bar.

You can add one more footer section after 7 and try..

From the past I remember a limitation of the maximum height that can be displayed in the section designer (1 meter or so).
But since it works on your colleague's machine it is probably another issue.

I would guess then that because of the complexity of the report with all the boxes that you are running low on resources, most likely RAM.

You'd think that might have been it, so I monitored the resources while editing and running the report, roughly 50-60% of my available resources were used when working on it.](*,)

We looked on another machine same problem, we could add new sections but this would move old sections over some boundery line, so that we could neither edit or view them from within the designer.

We had a look over the report and found a couple of sections that were never used so we removed them to make space for the new ones. While this resolved our problem we still have no explanation on why it happened.
