Can any one tell me the steps to be followed to Upgrade from Nav 2009 classic client to RTC

1.You need to transform the forms to pages
2.Transform modified reports also..

Step by step it goes something like this

Step 1/ Call your partner
Step 2/ review requirements with partner
Step 3/ Partner sends quote
Step 4/ Upgrade begins.

Upgrading is simply not something you can do without a partner.

Upgrading to RTC
