RTC Report Only Prints When You Filter

Hi,
I am having a problem with print RTC reports.
When I filter on one Customer No., my report gives me output however when I leave the filter blank or use it for a range of numbers, the Report gives me nothing in the RTC.
When I print to .pdf I get
"Rendering output for the report failed and the following error occurred: An unexpected error occurred in Report Processing."
The report works fine in the Classic Client with no filters.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Is it a base report or customized?0

What is the report number? Assuming it is a std. report.0

Hi,
It is a custom report. The picture is attached. I am wondering if I am missing a property that is making it print blank.
Thanks.0 -
we cant estimate by just looking at the classic report..
As you said the problem is in RTC, we need to look at the layout.
Look at grouping and Visible Expressions of rows in layout.
and also About this page info which gives you the dataset results.0 -
Hi,
Thanks for your responses. I figured it out by starting from scratch and discovering the insert report option with tables. Attached is what my Visual Studio layout looks like. For the detail cells, I used the parent group property to connect the lines to the header.0 -

Yes I started from a blank layout in Visual Studio and recreated the report.0

I had this error and when previewing the report got an error complaining about a font.
I checked the font in the standard windows font folder and arial regular was missing. I copied the font file from another computer onto the computer with the issue and the report printed fine.0
