Hi,
I am having a problem with print RTC reports.
When I filter on one Customer No., my report gives me output however when I leave the filter blank or use it for a range of numbers, the Report gives me nothing in the RTC.
When I print to .pdf I get
"Rendering output for the report failed and the following error occurred: An unexpected error occurred in Report Processing."
The report works fine in the Classic Client with no filters.
Any ideas?

As you said the problem is in RTC, we need to look at the layout.
Look at grouping and Visible Expressions of rows in layout.
and also About this page info which gives you the dataset results.

Thanks for your responses. I figured it out by starting from scratch and discovering the insert report option with tables. Attached is what my Visual Studio layout looks like. For the detail cells, I used the parent group property to connect the lines to the header.

I checked the font in the standard windows font folder and arial regular was missing. I copied the font file from another computer onto the computer with the issue and the report printed fine.
