Has anyone come across an Issue with NAS and using NAV 2009 R2 when running reports
Issue: Every evening report, Auto Batch Sales Orders, runs from the NAS service and gets stuck “in process” for over two hours and if left will never complete. This in itself generates numerous tickets until job queue is reset.
Workaround: Login as admin, reset the job to “on hold”, run the job manually from Job Queue Log Entries and using “Test this process” button. Accept the option to run this as if using NAS Service. This runs perfectly or does whenever i have run it.
How do we know it has not run just take a look at Sales Reports Sales Orders – Shipped not invoiced. If there are a number of lines in this report then it is highly likely the above process did not complete successfully.
The other strange thing is that this appears to run with no problems in another company database which has NOT been upgraded to NAV 2009 R2

Standard Job Queue doesn't have a "Test this Process" button. Is your Job Queue modified?0

Is there any message in the Event Log of the NAS Server?"Money is likewise the greatest chance and the greatest scourge of mankind."0
