IE Permissions and help screens

So, I'm encountering a problem with loading the NAV help screens:

Whenever I choose to display a topic, all I get is an IE-looking screen that says "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled".

I've been told that this may have something to do with the IE permissions, but after that I don't know what to do. I don't know what page/pages to add to the trusted sites, etc...

Has anyone ever seen this before and/or know what to do to solve it? This is in NAV 2009 R2 (Classic Client). Thanks!

There something in the menu to allow the page to load... something like "trust this source"...

Which menu? In the screen where the help would normally appear?

I think it is in the menu of the viewer...
