IE Permissions and help screens

So, I'm encountering a problem with loading the NAV help screens:

Whenever I choose to display a topic, all I get is an IE-looking screen that says "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled".

I've been told that this may have something to do with the IE permissions, but after that I don't know what to do. I don't know what page/pages to add to the trusted sites, etc...

Has anyone ever seen this before and/or know what to do to solve it? This is in NAV 2009 R2 (Classic Client). Thanks!
