Hide Inactive Items

There are some useless items which we will no longer use. Is it possible if system could hide those inactive items. like if we can de-list them in inventory or something like that. coz i can't delete them since those items have dependent ledger entries.

Item is inactive: If selected, this item will not appear in the item list or reports. However, it will still available in the database . This is not the standard functionality . This functionality is availble in the Retail Management Systems.

Block Item: If selected, then that item can not sell , Purchase , Consumption , Negative The Blocking Sales feature is especially useful if your company sells some items only for certain times, days, or seasons. Even you block the Item also you can still see in the Item List , Reports.This is the standard functionality .
