Hello everybody,
I have some Advertisement Materials(T-shirts, umbrella, refrigerator, materials that i give to some reliable clients - not sold, just as a gift), and i want this materials to have in NAVISION(i don't want to have as items).
Any suggestions how to register this.
Thanks in advice.

You have to use something to track them. Items, resources, fixed assets, etc.0

I would think this has to be an item in NAV to keep track of how much stock they have to give away and how much they have to reorder for events etc as well as seeing what was given to whom or atleast removed from stock by what person.
He should probably created a "marketing" location for these items and mark them as inventory value zero = yes to avoid them being shown in stock reports etc. any report should filter out this location as well and costs related to obtaining the stock would be set to go to marketing exspense account etc0 -
