Error when exporting excel file using RIM Migration

The client has SQL server. Initially I created the company using RIM in Nav native, made a backup and restored the db into the created SQL db.
Now, I am using RIM's Migration Overview to export the customer table into excel. I have installed msxml6 in the server. But I am still getting the following error message:
This message is for C/AL programmers: Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation Server identified by GUID={F9043C85-F6F2-101A-A3C9-08002B2F49B}. Check that the OLE Control or Automation Server is correctly installed and registered.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks,
Elaine

You need to install the MSXML6 on your client, not on your server...0

What could be the reason for the following error?.
"This message is for C/AL programmers:The call to member SetValue failed. Microsoft Office Excel returned the following
message:The XPath is not valid because either the XPath syntax is incorrect or not supported by Excel."
We are using Excel 2007 and NAV 2009.
