Error when exporting excel file using RIM Migration

The client has SQL server. Initially I created the company using RIM in Nav native, made a backup and restored the db into the created SQL db.
Now, I am using RIM's Migration Overview to export the customer table into excel. I have installed msxml6 in the server. But I am still getting the following error message:
This message is for C/AL programmers: Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation Server identified by GUID={F9043C85-F6F2-101A-A3C9-08002B2F49B}. Check that the OLE Control or Automation Server is correctly installed and registered.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

message:The XPath is not valid because either the XPath syntax is incorrect or not supported by Excel."
We are using Excel 2007 and NAV 2009.
