Converting Picture to Excel Sheet

Dear All!
It is my first time that i am posting a query on this forum, though i have heard a lot about this forum. My problem is that i have to convert a report to excel which has a picture. I have converted many reports to excel without pics but now i am stuck.
Can anybody help me out of this situation.
