Send to Excel/Word - Not Happening in RTC

  Part of the Known Issues document for NAV 2009 (could be downloaded from there):

  Custom style sheets cannot be used to send data to Excel or Word
  
  Description: The Export to Word or Export to Excel functionality only exports the data on the page. It is not possible to export other data with a customized style sheet. The Send to Other functionality is not included.
  
  Workaround: Use the Classic client.
  Export to Word or Export to Excel functionality is limited to 5,000 records in the RoleTailored client
  
  Description: If you attempt to export data that contains more than 5,000 records to Word or Excel from the RoleTailored client, the following error is displayed:
  
  The number of records in the table exceeds the maximum number of 5000.
  
  Workaround: Set a filter to decrease the number of records in the table.

  Thanks Kine,
  
  I was able to resolve the issue, by export the Style sheet data(from demo database) and importing it in the new database.
  Now we are able to use the functionality.
