New users to create to replicate

i would also like to know that if i have new users for sales and their names are not there in the system.

"users for sales" means users for POS machine to do sales transactions?

To replicate POS staff to stores, its advisable to create POS Staff records in Head Office database. Preferably POS Staff Id shuld be equal to Employee ID, if Employee Id is numeric otherwise Numeric part of Employee ID, to avoid duplicate IDs. You can go to "LS Retail - POS" => Setup => Staff => "Staff Permission Group" and create Permission groups. Then go to "LS Retail - POS" => Setup => Staff => "Staff Card" and create Staff and assign them proper Permission Group. Whenever new employee is joining or promoting or resigning you have modify Staff Card accordingly. To replicate them to store you have to create replication task to replicate tables 99001461 (Staff) and 99001518 (Staff Permission Group) from HO database.

When you change anything in Staff Permission Group, it will change permission for all users who is holding that permission group, so try to avoid modification in Staff Permission Group.
