Overflow error in Journals

Hi,

Initailly we were getting the overflow error in all the journals for "AccName" & "BalAccName" variables that was because, the vendor name in the Vendor Table, was 50 chars, where as the "AccName" & "BalAccName", in journals were of 30 chars. To resolve this, we increassed the size of the variables to 50 chars. Now except in 1 user system, rest of all are working fine.
For this user, except "Bank payment Voucher" page, rest of the journals are working fine. Whenever the user clicks on the Bank Payment Voucher, he gets a error (Attached). For this user, we tried re-intalling, re-assign of profile but no use.
