1st rule - after you have some error, check the event log for more info about the error...

I have checked Event Log sheet. It shows two errors :
    - .Net Runtime 2.0 error reporting
    - Microsoft.Dynamics.NAV.Client

Your bitmaps are not showing the erro message... please, copy and paste the text from event viewer (right click on the event entry and select "Copy - Copy details as text"). You can remove the XML part...

After running the RTC, it contains 2 errors as shown in the event viewer.
    1 - .Net Runtime 2.0 error reporting
    ID - 5000
Details - .Net Runtime 2.0 error reporting

    2- Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client
    Results for: Microsoft Product: .NET Framework; Version: 2.0.50727.1433; Event ID: 0; Event Source: Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client; File Name: EventLogMessages.dll;

I have attached both error messages also.

Wow, it looks just like a NAV error. Not really descriptive. Hope someone from MS reads this.

Do other .NET applications work on this computer (not related to NAV).

How did you install the RTC? Just running the Setup and installing it? Have you installed .net 3.5?

I ran into the same error today at a customer .. no solution yet.
Seems that .NET 2.0 is causing problems.
We have been running fine for 2 months, but all of a sudden the server starts crashing .. and keeps crashing. Reinstall of the app doesn't help. Upgrade to latest build doesn't help either... .
We're running on Windows 2003 and will try to reinstall on Windows 2008.

Weird thing is that the .NET Framework 2.0 in the "add/remove programs" shows NAV-icons.. . Removing this version of .NET framework isn't allowed... Why, I don't know, but the infrastructure guys from the customer will try to do it.

The .NET component is not in add/remove because it is Windows components and thus you need to go into add/remove windows component part...

Well, I think we found the problem ..

A negative result for the cue to display. ](*,)

For a cue in an activity page, you need an integer. If it's a flowfield, cool, drilldown works out-of-the-box. If not, you can calculate the integer through a function.
    BUT,
make sure the integer is not negative, els you're in trouble. The client crashes with error message ..

    Be warned
