RTC Installation Problem

Hi All,
I am facing following error.
I have installed navision demo version (i.e. Demo Database).
Classic Client is working perfact but I am not able to open RTC.
Please see the attached screen shot for error description.

First of all I would recommend you to repair your installation. Simple start setup.exe form you DVD and select repair. After have been searching on internet I found many references to the WORM_KLEZ.E virus when you get this type of error, so my second suggestions is to ensure that you are not infected.“This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.”
