RTC Installation Problem

Hi All,
I am facing following error.

I have installed navision demo version (i.e. Demo Database).
Classic Client is working perfact but I am not able to open RTC.

Please see the attached screen shot for error description.

    First of all I would recommend you to repair your installation. Simple start setup.exe form you DVD and select repair. After have been searching on internet I found many references to the WORM_KLEZ.E virus when you get this type of error, so my second suggestions is to ensure that you are not infected.
