HI everyone,
OS : Windows XP
version : Nav 2009 SP1
Error msg : "Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.
i have 2 end users getting above error msg when run RTC. Then I had tried un-install and re-install navision 2009 SP1 and still appear same msg.
Anyone can help me to solve above error.
Thanks

Try looking into the wether these users have access to read the registry, it seems like the call stack from these crashes fail to read registry.Dag Rovik - MSFT - Software Development Engineer - Dynamics NAV Client Integration

I would also contact your VAR so that you can get a newer build of the executable's as there have been numerous stability and performance increases since the NAV 2009 SP1 RTM release...Scott Frappier
