3 tier installation

Dear All,

I have to install 3 tier on 3 machines.

192.168.1.1 is the server where Active Directory is already installed
192.168.1.2 will be used as SQL Server
192.168.1.3 will be my NAV Server
192.168.1.4 will be my Client.

All the machines are in a same domain.

If I create an SPN on 192,168.1.1 and set up a delegation then will it work as all are in same domain? I am not so sure of that so if anybody has done this please guide me. ](*,)
