What do you mean with Service Work Order?
I know Service Order and Service Item Worksheet, but that's it.
Some questions:-
On what version did you have
-
Is that a localized version (so not w1)?
-
Do you know the ID of the Service Work Order form?

Hi Thaks for your response!
I am working on NAV 2009 SP1, North American version. I just wanted to know if I can print Work Order's from Sales Orders or Service Item Worksheet or any other place.

Hi Majinder,
As such there is no work order in NAV. For an engineer to see what he or she can do use the Service Tasks form (to open: Service > Planning & Dispatching > Service Tasks).
Use the Reource Flter to see the Service Item Lines that have been assigned to a specific resource.
The planner uses the Dispatch Board to assign Service Item Lines to a resource.0
