Character set problem

When doing Tools -> Translate -> export
It create a text file that contain English and French caption.

On the French line all accents are wrong.
Example: Instead of displaying é it display , (comma)

It seems that Navision use a different ASCII chart than Windows.
The ASCII value of é in Navision is 130 and in Window it is 233.

Is there a solution to this ?

    You must use some translate tools... for example in our country the windows are using Win-1250 codepage but Navision internaly (dataports, translation export etc.) are using old dos codepage CP852. In your case it is same... With which tool you are opening this text file? Some editors can switch to DOS codepage or make conversion...
