Character set problem

When doing Tools -> Translate -> export
It create a text file that contain English and French caption.
On the French line all accents are wrong.
Example: Instead of displaying é it display , (comma)
It seems that Navision use a different ASCII chart than Windows.
The ASCII value of é in Navision is 130 and in Window it is 233.
Is there a solution to this ?
