Attach Terms and Conditions

Hi all,
does anybody know if there's a possibility to attach an external document like word or pdf to a report when it's printed? I need to attach our terms and conditions to every quote we print out of NAV.
Any suggestion would be very appreciated. Last time I had to build the whole sheet in the report using labels. Don't want to do that again...
Thanks a lot.

Could always look at using a Style sheet tempalte instead if it is just a quote0

you could use the built in feature of report selection, and create your report in Navision. then make it the second document in the quote report selection screen.
this is not an external report, but if you can take the time to make it an internal report, it will work without any modifications to the system0 -
i recall i once experimented with something like this.
I had a NAV report that would print, and i wanted to immediately call a PDF (by variable for file name) to print with it (the PDF included a copy of a technical drawing from an external engineering change request system). If i remember right, i used some code suggestions i found on this site to learn how to print a file from outside of NAV without any UI impact. It worked. I think i put the call in OnPostReport, onPostDataItem, etc. (tried a bunch of ways... see below).
Now the caveat, i only could get it to work if i was printing 1 document at time (so, report filtered to 1 document). If i attempted to print a range of documents, it would first print all the NAV docs, then all the PDFs would print (regardless of where i put the call to print the outside file). Someone would then need to match up the drawing to the document. that was a showstopper. we changed our minds about wanting the drawing to print automatically and instead made it available in another way, so i never went back to see if it could be resolved.
maybe you could use the same approach, but fine tune it to work properly?kind of fell into this...0
