The Routing Line Filters error

Hi all,
i have a situation in which somebody has changed the capacity Units of measure from HR(Hours) to HRS(hours). But thr are some routings which are made with CUOM as HR. Now when i am trying to change the UOM to HRS and certifying the routing it is giving error as there is no routing line within filters:

Routing No XXXXX version Code:= '' next Operation No. := ''.

    First of all check whether you have any open production orders with the routings on which you are making the change.
