  Since that project we have done many, many more... Most virtual systems run like a charm, however the average performance loss is 10%.
  
  Fortunately this is never an issue for our custoners since they do not have performance issues and can easily compensate the 10% with some extra hardware...

  Your right in the last post. We do performance tuning and at last we enhance our hardware by 10%.

  VM Ware can be a great platform for Navision. I also have many clients using it.
  
  BUT
  
  It does need to be done properly, don't think you can just put a big DB with lots of users on VW and it will just work, you need to work closely with the VM Partner to make sure it is set up for Navision correctly, and make sure a always to tune the Navision system properly.
