Hyperlink to open Citrix and NAV for Doc Approval

Hi there,

I'm not even sure if this is even possible but have been requested to post this topic to get general feedback.

When using document approval the approver receives an email.
Inside the email there is a hyperlink that will open Navision.
This works fine if you have nav installed locally.
However if you do not have NAV isntalled locally but access it via Citrix, would it be possible to
click on the hyperlink and it opens up the Citrix connection and NAV approval screen?

    May be you can change the URL windows are opening for the protocol. Looks into the registry for key e.g. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\navision\shell\open\command - this command is executed when the Hyperlink is opened. You can try to change that to run the finhlink.exe through citrix...
