when "Item Card" is visible press CTRL+F2 (aka Tools/Designer).
Then use "Field Menu"(View/Field Menu) to show all available fields.
Find "No.2" and select whole line (should be blue)
Then click once on the "Item Card" behind so it gets focus.
Then click again to put the control and its caption where you clicked.
you can drag the control around while selected, etc.

Just try several ways to find out how it works.

    RobertMo beat me again.... :D:D:D:D

All I want to add is that since you are new, have in mind that you should document your changes, cause if MBS sends you a new update with the item form, you must be able to quickly find out what your changes are and be able to update the object. The documentation can be entered in the code, the documentation section...

    thx RobertMo and Arhontis,
    it worked fine.
thx for the hint with the documentation.
Is it possible to copy the changed item card to the user-secific It-No´s (>50000) and change the relations to the item card, or is it not worth this much work ?

Think a little bit. Adding a field control on card form takes you 30 seconds. That much (or less) you will need next time.
Inventing a new form and changing all links takes more then 5 minutes. So it's not worth.

Especially if you will document what you did in documentation trigger of the form.
