How to add a column in a lookup form in role tailored client

I want to modify lookup forms in the Role Tailored Client.
For Example: How can I add a column in the lookup form that is displayed when I click "Sell-to Customer No." in the Sales Orders?
And how can I make the word 'New' (left bottom) in such a lookup form disappear?
