Yes, if you click "Install DEMO" when the autostart open, it will install all what you need (SQL Express, NST, RTC, Classic Client, SQL DB, Outlook Addin).

    Thanks Kine.

But If I choose Choose an Installation Option, and install SQL Express, NST, RTC, Classic Client, SQL DB, Outlook Addin in a Stand-alone System,
will it solve my purpose ??

    Kindly reply.

If you will install it on clean system (with no old installation of NAV 2009, SQL Express etc.), it should work...

I do not agree with you. If you install Sql Server 2000 it resides in Mssql directory where as Sql server 2005 resides in Mssql.1 directory. I have installed the software on my laptop and it is working. You must be very well in Sql server fundamentals. Even I have changed sqlexpress Windows authentication to Sql server authentication.
