log file is full

Hi, Urgent! Our log file is full and we canot access the Navision. Help!!!

Can you take a backup from SQL? This should flush the log file...0

If all else fails, you can truncate the log file.
To be safe, get everyone out of the system. If you can, backup the database using SQL Server backup. Then truncate the log file and shrink the file.
After that, backup the log file regularly so it does not keep growing.David Machanick
