Hi there
having an issue with PO hanging around despite being received and invoiced, not sure what is the best way to fix that.
thinking what cause it was a partial posting PO the user had created, and that maybe there was a line there before that got deleted after the partial posting was done and it didnt have qty to invoiced and quantity received, which is probably why the PO is still open.
looking for solution to close this PO or fix this type of problem.
thanks in advance.

oh we are currently using navision 3.60, which is having this issue.0

Have not got a copy of that version I am afraid, but yes that menu path is 4 onwards.
Can you add two lines, one positive and one negative, receive them in and invoice off the nothing? Obviously test it first!
I am guessing the deletion trigger is not called when a partial receipt is made, so it never knows to close it.The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0 -
When you post invoice using Get Receipt Line from the purchase invoice, the PO will not be deleted. To delete the POs that has been fully received and invoiced, click on (in version 3.7):

You can also put a G/L Account line for $0. Stupid, but it solves the issue.0
