Hi Guys,
Does anyone ever experienced this?
What is the main rule for picking on a WMS Setup Like This:
1- Items are spreaded over different bins on different Quantities
2- Every different LOT of that item stays in seperate bins and one LOT can be spread over 1 or more bins.
3- Cubage doesnt matter.
If you need detailed information i can complete the scenario.
(BTW as i found during C/AL Code seek, First of all code tries to find proper bin candidates then eliminates by specifications of the current transaction under the code of "Bin Content" methodoly where i lost myself.)
Best Regards

Navision Pick Mechanism when on Same Item, simply depends on several variables.
1-Warehouse Class Code
2- Lot No
3- Bin Ranking
4- Min Qty
So When finding "Proper Bins" it filters Class Code and Bin Type, Then inspecting those candidate bins filtering by Lot No then Highest Bin Ranking then Min Qty.
Navision always Picks from bin which has: Requested Lot of Min Available Qty which has Highest Bin Ranking.
Cheers!
