Job Queue GETLASTERROR

Hi,
We downgraded the Job Queue functionality of 5.0 to a 4.0 SP3 client. We want to use the Navision Timer (trigger timeerror) functionality to catch the errors in stead of the GETLASTERROR statement.
The problem is that the errormessage is not filled in the Job Queue Log Entries. I also see that the error like "nothing to post" is not in the Event Viewer of the server.
Does anybody has an idea how to solve this problem?
Thanx!

upgrade the exe, or change the code from if codeunit.run then
to just codeunint.run
NAS will error out and even on timer will execute and you can restart NAS.0
