Company notes

Hi all,
I got this request to setup company notes in NAV 5.0 after upgrading a 360 DB. A lot of internal info is placed in the Company notes that we need to transfer.
Apparently this functionality does not exist anymore (can't find the table 385 anymore). What is the alternative?
