I have just passed the development exam.
Could someone help me How I can get the developer license to work and modify NAV? Or inform me If should I do that?

I don't think just passing the development exam will give you a license to modify code. That granule is about $30,000 if I remember correctly.
You have to either purchase that or become a partner.0 -
And you need to contact Microsoft for the same.Regards,

Sorry dude, only partners get development licenses.
And yes, this is a problem for freelancers at the moment ... .
One rumor though (don't know is this is correct), a partnes only requires one certified partner anymore (used to be two). Don't know if this is true though ... you should check this out with Microsoft what your options are... .0 -

Actually I think it recently changed, because now you need 6 exams.
