Mailings from Segments

Dear sirs, I've Attain 3.70 and I want to know if there is a way to send mails from "Segments", in "Relationship Management", with a longer interval time to avoid a collapse at my Exchange queue. I want to do that in Navision, not in my Exchange or to turn to another software.
