Navision 5.0 SP1 Outlook Integration

Greetings,

I have the following problem with the Outlook Integration in Navision 5.0 with SP1:

The Integration works for an undefinatet time and suddenly stops working. Somtimes it works for 3 hours, somtimes for 10 minutes. If I restart the NAS the service works again, the Codeunits 5065 and 5064 are ready again and the mails are transfered to the Navision Client.
And than, it stops again.

There is no error code or something like this.

What can I do?

I tried it on two different Windows Server 2003 with Outlook 2003 and on both is the same problem.

So, why is it always stopping?

    Have you checked the Event Log for any message regarding the NAS?

    Yes, I did, but sadly there is nothing.

    In the Navision Event Log there is an event, but no description or a time when the event ends. There is just the time of beginning and the CodeUnit name. Nothing else :(
